“People sitting in such high positions…” Deepika targeted L&T Chairman

New Delhi: Deepika Padukone has expressed anger over the statement of L&T Chairman SN Subramanian in which he had said that employees should work even on Sundays. Subramanian had said that employees should work 90 hours a week. Deepika is furious at this statement. Deepika has targeted and criticized the Chairman of L&T. While sharing the post on her Instagram story, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone wrote, “Such statements by people holding such high positions are shocking. Mental health matters.”

Must work 90 hours

While talking to the employees, SN Subramanian had said in response to a question that he regrets that he is not able to get his employees to work on Sundays. In fact, he was asked why he makes his employees work even on Saturdays, when his company is worth billions. The chairman had said that the employees should work for 90 hours.

SN Subramanian gave controversial statement

During the same conversation, SN Subramanian had also said that – 'If I could get the work done on Sunday, I would be happy because I myself work on Sundays. People should go to office on Sunday. What will you do while staying at home and how long will you keep staring at your wife? SN Subramanian is facing a lot of criticism due to this statement.
