1- Eat limited quantity of food during fast

During this fast, one eats thekua, chuda and jaggery due to which one does not feel thirsty. These things contain things with high glycemic index, for this you can consume jowar, millet and whole grains, this keeps your health good.

2- Keep checking sugar level
