Petronet LNG Limited has paid a penalty of ₹1,74,000 each to both BSE and NSE for non-compliance with SEBI‘s Listing Regulations.
The penalties were imposed due to delayed compliance with Regulation 17(1) for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The payments were made on 12th March 2026, with unique transaction IDs HDFCH00862584598 for BSE and HDFCH00862585549 for NSE. The company has informed its promoters about the non-compliance and plans to discuss the issue in its next board meeting.
