Phu My Hung Harmonie project opens online reservations

According to the developer, only customers who complete the online registration process and successfully transfer the refundable Expression-of-Interest (EOI) registration will be invited to attend the sales event, which is expected to take place in March.

The reservation process includes three main steps. First, customers review project details and register through a sales consultant. After the information is verified, the system updates the customer’s profile and proceeds to the next stage.

Reservation and confirmation

In the second step, customers place a booking and transfer a Expression-of-Interest. A Phu My Hung consultant provides guidance on completing the online procedures. After receiving a confirmation email or text message, customers must transfer the specified amount within 30 minutes. If the transfer is not received within that timeframe, the system automatically cancels the registration.

Once the transfer is completed, customers confirm their attendance at the sales launch. After payment, they receive an email confirmation and follow instructions to enter an authentication code. The system then generates an electronic ticket for the event.

Phu My Hung will announce the official event date at least five days in advance. If necessary, the announcement period may be extended by up to 30 days. At the sales event, if a customer selects a unit, the commitment sum will be converted into a deposit in accordance with regulations.

If customers do not select a suitable unit, they may request the developer to retain the commitment sum for future sales events or apply for a full refund within 30 days after the event period ends.

Phu My Hung Harmonie consists of five towers with nearly 1,500 apartments and resort-style amenities. It is the developer’s first standalone apartment project in the former central area of Binh Duong. The project offers a range of unit types designed to meet varied housing and investment needs.

The project also marks Phu My Hung’s first independent residential development in the northern area of Ho Chi Minh City after 33 years of focusing primarily on the southern area. Located in Chanh Hiep Ward (formerly Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong), the development is planned with integrated green spaces, modern materials, and contemporary design, while positioning its pricing to attract both young homebuyers and investors.
