Phu My Hung opens bookings for second phase of Harmonie apartments
According to the developer, reservation registrations are now open as part of preparations for the upcoming sales phase. The company is also rolling out activities to introduce the project and provide prospective buyers with more information.
A show apartment is expected to be set up at the construction site in Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly part of Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong). Locating the show unit on-site is intended to make it more convenient for customers in the former Binh Duong area and nearby localities to visit and evaluate the product before making purchase decisions.

In parallel, the existing show apartments at the Sales Gallery in the Phu My Hung urban area remain open. Visitors can view fully furnished two- to three-bedroom units as well as standard handover apartments.
The developer said sales policies in the next phase will continue to support buyers. Transactions completed on the opening day will receive a 1% discount, alongside 0% interest support and a grace period on principal payments until the expected handover in 2028. Preferential policies are also available for existing Phu My Hung residents and businesses operating in the former Binh Duong area.

In the first launch on March 14, around 1,000 customers attended a drawing event to select units. Approximately 600 apartments in towers A2 and A3 were released, with nearly all units sold.
According to the developer, Harmonie recorded one of the highest booking volumes in its sales history, reflecting demand for mid-range housing in the northern area of Ho Chi Minh City.

The project is developed on a site of about 2 hectares in Chanh Hiep Ward.
It is located near key transport routes such as Vo Van Kiet Boulevard and the My Phuoc-Tan Van corridor, providing access to major industrial parks including VSIP I and VSIP II, as well as production and technology hubs in the region.

Harmonie comprises five towers ranging from 32 to 34 floors, with a total of 1,490 apartments and 23 commercial units in the podium.
The layout forms a central green core featuring amenities such as a swimming pool, sports areas, walking paths, and shared community spaces.
According to the developer, the inward-facing design is intended to enhance ventilation, expand green space, and support communal living.
