New Delhi: The Tamil Thalaivas pulled off a sensational heist to clinch a tie in the last few seconds of the match against the Jaipur Pink Panthers at the GMCB Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad on Sunday. Sachin was the top scorer for the Tamil Thalaivas with 11 points as the two sides ended the match at a score line of 30-30. Arjun Deshwal scored 7 points and Vikash Kandola added 6 points for the Jaipur Pink Panthers.
The Jaipur Pink Panthers started the match well as skipper Arjun Deshwal picked up the first points for his team. After that, both sides traded blows with equal measure in the starting few minutes before the Panthers took a 2-point lead. Sachin scored the first Super Tackle of the match on Arjun Deshwal to bring the Tamil Thalaivas back on level terms.

Chandran Ranjith started the comeback for the Tamil Thalaivas after the break. Arjun Deshwal, Vikash Kandola and Ankush Rathee played brilliantly as the Jaipur Pink Panthers continued to dominate the match. The Panthers dominated the match and protected their lead quite well.
Sachin, Nitesh and the defenders gave their best to bring the Thalaivas back into the contest in the final few minutes of the match and when it looked like the Jaipur Pink Panthers will win the match Tamil Thalaivas clinched the tie.

In the second match of the evening, UP Yoddhas beat Gujarat Giants with a score line of 35-29 at the GMCB Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. Bharat scored 13 points and Bhavani Rajput also scored 9 points for the UP Yoddhas, while Rakesh scored 8 points for the Gujarat Giants.
The Gujarat Giants made a brilliant start in the match with the likes of Guman Singh and Sombir performing well in attack and defence. The UP Yoddhas were on the back foot initially but started to fight back after conceding the lead in the initial few minutes.

Rakesh was leading the charge yet again with the skipper Neeraj Kumar and Guman Singh providing ample support for Gujarat Giants. The Yoddhas had registered a 5-point lead as the match reached the 30-minute mark.
