New Delhi: After the release of the film ‘Dhurandhar’, YRF’s spy universe films were trolled the most. Now the release date of the next film of this universe ‘Alpha’ is approaching and a big update related to it has come out.

Alia Bhatt will become ‘Killing Machine’   

Alia Bhatt is in the lead role in ‘Alpha’, but this time she will not be an ordinary detective. She will be seen in the role of a dangerous and trained assassin. According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, Alia’s character is not an agent of any intelligence agency.

The film will show his past and his journey to becoming a ruthless killer. Sources say that ‘Alpha’ will not follow the old formula of the spy universe. This is the story of a girl who has been groomed since childhood only to become a ‘killing machine’.

India-Pak connection removed   

This time the makers have decided not to keep any angle of India-Pakistan friendship or enmity in the story. The story of YRF’s previous films like ‘Pathan’, ‘Tiger 3’ and ‘War’ was based around India-Pakistan. But after watching Aditya Dhar’s ‘Dhurandhar’, YRF Spy Universe got criticized a lot on social media. It is believed that for this reason no connection between India and Pakistan will be shown in ‘Alpha’.

India will fight alone   

After this change, there will be no story of joint mission or agreement between two countries in the film. Sources reveal that in ‘Alpha’ it will be shown how India single-handedly deals with its enemies without any mercy and with complete precision. There will be no diplomatic overture or cross-border partnership seen in the film. Sharvari will also be in a powerful role along with Alia Bhatt.

Discussion of Shahrukh-Hrithik’s cameo   

The starcast of the film is also strong. Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor have been cast for villain and important roles. There is talk that two big stars of the spy universe, Hrithik Roshan and Shahrukh Khan can also make a cameo. However, no official announcement has been made regarding this.

It is noteworthy that the release date of ‘Alpha’ has been changed several times. Earlier there was talk of bringing it in 2025, then it was scheduled for April 2026 and July 10, 2026. According to the latest information, this film will now hit the theaters on July 3, 2026. However, an official announcement is yet to be made by YRF.
