In the FIR, Jharkhand's then Excise Department Secretary Vinay Kumar Choubey, Excise Department's Joint Commissioner Gajendra Singh and other officials, Chhattisgarh's IAS officer Anil Tuteja along with liquor supply, man power and hologram making companies in Jharkhand were also made accused. Was. Instead of hiring new manpower, Siddharth Singhania hired people working in liquor shops under old contractors.
