PM Kisan Samman Nidhi: Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is one of the most ambitious schemes of the Government of India, which provides financial assistance to farmers. Under this scheme, farmers get an assistance of Rs 2,000 thrice a year, which helps in meeting their minor farming expenses. Till now, a total of 21 installments have been released under this scheme, and now the eyes of the farmers are on the 22nd installment.

When can we get the 22nd installment?

According to media reports, the central government can gift the 22nd installment to the farmers before the festival of Holi. It is estimated that this installment can be released any time after 24 February 2026. Although no official date has been announced by the government yet, but keeping in mind the old pattern and the festival time, it is believed that the government can transfer the amount before Holi.

Why can I get Rs 4000?

The special discussion regarding this time’s installment is about the amount of Rs 4000. Usually, under PM Kisan Yojana, each farmer gets Rs 2000, but this time Rs 4000 can be transferred to the accounts of many farmers. This is for those farmers whose previous installment got stuck due to some technical problem or paperwork. Those farmers who had not received the money of the 21st installment and who have rectified their deficiencies, will get the money of the previous and current installment together, that is, Rs 4000 will be directly transferred to their account. Rest of the farmers with normal condition will get only Rs 2000.

Importance of e-KYC

If you want your installment to reach your account without any interruption, then you will have to complete your e-KYC. The government has made it clear that without e-KYC, money will not be transferred to the farmers’ accounts. This step is necessary to maintain transparency in the scheme. If you have not yet done e-KYC, then immediately complete it through OTP by visiting PM Kisan Portal or by visiting the nearest CSC center through biometric method.

Before the installment is released, it is important to know whether your name is in the list or not, and whether your e-KYC process has been completed or not. For this you do not need to run anywhere.

• Enter your registration number and fill the captcha code shown on the screen.
• After this click on Get Data and your complete information will be visible on the screen.
