PM Kisan Yojana 23rd Installment: Both state and central governments run various beneficial and welfare programs. For instance, many farmers face economic hardships, and to assist them, the Government of India has implemented the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

So far, 22 installments have been disbursed under this scheme, meaning eligible farmers have received benefits 22 times, and now we are anticipating the 23rd installment. But do you know when this 23rd installment is expected to be released?

How many installments have been distributed up to now?

A total of 22 installments of the PM Kisan Yojana have been distributed to date.

The 22nd installment was issued on March 13, 2026.

Over 9 crore 32 lakh eligible farmers benefited from this instalment.

When is the 23rd installment expected?

Following the release of 22 installments of the PM Kisan Yojana, we are now looking forward to the 23rd installment.

Each installment of this program is typically released approximately every four months. As observed with the 22 installments released thus far, the 22nd installment was made available this month, in March. Therefore, the 23rd installment is anticipated to be released around July, specifically in the last week of June or the beginning of July. However, we are still waiting for official confirmation.

What steps need to be taken for the installment?

If you are involved with the PM Kisan Yojana, the first step is to complete your e-KYC.

Next, you must ensure that the land verification process is completed.

Additionally, linking your Aadhaar is also necessary.

These 4 things are most important to get the installment

To avoid installment blockage, beneficiaries should make the following corrections immediately:

e-KYC: The government has made this mandatory. You can complete it via OTP on the PM Kisan portal or through biometrics at your nearest CSC center.

Land verification: It’s essential to have updated land records. If they’re incomplete, contact your land revenue department or patwari.

Aadhaar Seeding: Your bank account must be linked to Aadhaar.

DBT Enabled: The Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) facility should be activated in the bank account.

How to check your status?

You can visit the official PM Kisan website and click on the ‘Beneficiary Status’ link. Enter your Aadhaar number or mobile number here to check if your name is on the list and if your bank details are correct.
