PM Kisan 23rd Instalment: ₹ 2,000 will come into the accounts of farmers on June 20, the government has released the date.

Knews Desk- Big news has come for the farmers waiting for the 23rd installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan) Scheme. The government has made it clear that this time the next installment of ₹2,000 will soon be transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. According to the information, the 23rd installment of PM Kisan Yojana will be released on June 20, 2026. On this day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will send this amount to the accounts of farmers through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) from Tarakeshwar in Hooghly district of West Bengal.

Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of ₹6,000 every year, which is sent to their bank accounts in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each. The objective of this assistance is to help farmers with seeds, fertilizers, agricultural equipment and other needs. The government has clarified that the benefit of this scheme will be available only to those farmers whose information is correctly entered on the PM Kisan portal, whose bank account is linked to the Aadhaar card and who have completed their e-KYC process.

If e-KYC is not completed then the next installment may be withheld. Farmers can complete it through online OTP by visiting the official website of PM Kisan pmkisan.gov.in. Apart from this, biometric e-KYC facility is also available at Common Service Center (CSC). The process of e-KYC can also be completed through face authentication through mobile app. Farmers can also check the beneficiary list of the scheme online. For this, you will have to go to the website and select the Beneficiary List option in the Farmers Corner section. After this the report can be obtained by selecting the state, district, block and village.

The government has also clarified that in some cases the beneficiaries are being investigated. Names of farmers who have not followed the rules or have more than one member of the same family taking advantage of the scheme may be removed from the list. In this way, the 23rd installment of PM Kisan Yojana is soon going to bring big relief for the farmers, but for this it is necessary that all the eligibility conditions are fulfilled.
