PM Kisan Yojana: Is your 21st installment also going to get stuck? Do this work on time, otherwise you will not get Rs 2000.
News India Live, Digital Desk: Farmer brothers, Ram-Ram! We all know how helpful PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is for farmer families like us. The assistance of Rs 2,000 each, which is provided thrice a year, is very useful for the minor expenses of farming. Right now the discussion is in full swing about the 21st installment. Everyone is waiting for the mobile to ring and the message that “Rs 2000 has been deposited in your account.” But friends, many times it happens that money comes into the account of the neighboring farmer, but our account remains empty. The question that comes to mind is, “Where did the mistake happen?” So, today let us understand in simple language why your installment can get stuck and how it can be fixed sitting at home. Why does money get stuck? (The biggest reason) The government has now made the rules a little stricter. She wants the money to reach the right farmer and not some fake person. So if your installment is getting stopped, there could be three-four main reasons for it: Non-completion of e-KYC: This is the most common reason. If you have not yet updated your e-KYC, then understand that the money for the 21st installment may be pending. Verification of Land (Land Seeding): Is ‘NO’ written in front of ‘Land Seeding’ in your status? This means that your papers have not been verified with the Patwari or Lekhpal. Not linking Aadhaar and bank: The government now sends money directly to the account linked to Aadhaar (DBT). If your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar (NPCI Link), then the money will get stuck midway. Mistake in name: Different spelling of name in Aadhaar card and bank account. What to do immediately? (Solution) There is no need to panic, you can complete this work from your mobile or by visiting the nearest CSC center (CSC). Check your status: First of all go to PM Kisan’s website (pmkisan.gov.in). Click on ‘Know Your Status’ there. Enter your registration number. Complete e-KYC: If KYC is showing ‘NO’, complete it immediately through OTP or by fingerprinting. Go to bank: If the bank account is not linked to Aadhaar, then go to the bank and apply for DBT. This is also called ‘NPCI mapping’. When can the money come? Although the government is yet to announce the exact date of the 21st installment, but the way the preparations are going on, it is expected that very soon (possibly around the festival or by the end of the month) this money will be transferred to the accounts of the farmers. But remember, the money will come only to those whose “everything is OK”. So stop being lazy and check your papers today itself. Because brother, both hard earned money and government help are valuable, why give it up because of a small mistake?
