New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Nepal’s new Prime Minister Balendra Shah ‘Balen’ on assuming the post. He expressed his desire to further strengthen the relations between the two countries. 35-year-old Balen Shah, formerly a rapper, has become the youngest Prime Minister of Nepal.
