PM Modi gets the biggest honor in Nigeria after Queen Elizabeth; Awarded 'The Grand Commander of the Order of Niger'
Nigeria’s Highest Honor for PM Modi: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a visit to the African country Nigeria, has been honored with his award – The Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON). PM Modi is the second foreign leader to receive this highest honor of Nigeria. Earlier, only Queen Elizabeth of Britain had received this honour.

In fact, Prime Minister Modi (PM Narendra Modi) has reached Nigeria on Sunday in the first leg of his three-nation tour, where Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike met Prime Minister Modi in Abuja, the capital of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Warmly welcomed. During this, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike presented the 'key' of Abuja city to Prime Minister Modi, which is a symbol of the trust and respect towards the Prime Minister on behalf of the people of Nigeria.
