PM Modi inaugurated Rashtraprerna Sthal, paid homage to the statues of Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Syama Prasad Mukherjee and Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Lucknow : On the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the National Inspiration Site built in the Basant Kunj scheme of the capital Lucknow. On this occasion, grand statues of three personalities Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay were unveiled and homage was paid. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and BJP leaders and workers were present in the program. This place has emerged as a symbol of nationalism, cultural consciousness and ideological inspiration.

Visited the gallery depicting the pain of partition
After reaching the venue, Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered floral tributes to the statue of Bharat Mata. After this he visited the corridors of BJP and Jan Sangh. In this corridor the entire journey of Jan Sangh and BJP has been shown through photographs. After this PM Modi visited Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Gallery. Various pictures and symbols related to the life of Dr. Mukherjee are kept in this gallery.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the special gallery established at Rashtra Prerna Sthal, in which the pain and tragedy suffered during the partition of Bengal has been presented alive through pictures. The events, displacement and social suffering of that period are depicted in an emotional manner in this gallery, which reminds of a difficult chapter of history. After this, the Prime Minister also visited the galleries dedicated to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and Atal Bihari Vajpayee. In these galleries, major events related to the lives of both the great leaders, thoughts and their contribution in nation building have been effectively displayed through photographs.
Ram Sutar has made the statue of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay
Bronze statues of three leaders have been installed at Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow. One of these, the statue of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay has been made by sculptor Ram Sutar. Ram Sutar is the architect of the Statue of Unity. At the same time, the statues of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee have been prepared by Matu Ram.
