PM Modi Targets TMC In Kolkata Rally: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed a huge public meeting in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, starting a new chapter for the development of the state. On this occasion, PM Modi laid the foundation stone and inaugurated important infrastructure projects costing more than Rs 18,000 crore. These projects mainly relate to road, railway and port infrastructure, which aim to provide a new impetus to the development of West Bengal and entire Eastern India.
New chapter of development and infrastructure
In his address, the Prime Minister stressed that these projects will not only boost trade and industry, but will also create new employment opportunities for millions of people. He especially discussed the modernization of railways and resolved that West Bengal will not lag behind in this campaign. Railway infrastructure is being expanded rapidly by the Central Government to make the life of the general public easier. The Prime Minister believes that the completion of these projects will lead to a massive improvement in the economic condition of Bengal.
Sharp attack on TMC government
Along with the development schemes, PM Modi made the strongest attack so far on the Trinamool Congress (TMC) government of West Bengal. He compared the current situation of the state to that of ‘Mahajungleraj’ And claimed that now the time has come for its end. PM Modi said, ‘Change in Bengal is now written on the walls and also printed in the hearts of the people.’ He termed the Mamata Banerjee-led government as a ‘ruthless government’ Giving the agreement, he said that the countdown for his departure has now started.

Allegations of attempts to stop the rally
Addressing the huge crowd during the rally, the Prime Minister alleged that the state government made every possible effort to stop the gathering. He claimed that to stop people from coming, bridges were closed, vehicles were stopped, traffic jams were created and even BJP flags and posters were torn. PM Modi said that seeing the chair gone, the ‘ruthless government’ She is distraught but she will not be able to stop this rising tide of people. He assured that the rule of law will soon return in Bengal and those committing atrocities will not be spared.
