Poha cutlet, the method of making it is very easy

Material :
Poha- 1 cup
Potato- 1
Onion- 1
Tomato- 1/2
Chat masala- 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Green coriander – for garnish
Rice flour – 1 tablespoon
Oil – for frying
Salt- as per taste
Method :
To make Poha cutlet, first wash it a little with water.
Now put it in a sieve and remove all the water.
Transfer it to a vessel and then peel the boiled potatoes.
Then finely chop the tomatoes and onions.
Now add tomato, onion, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt as per taste and green coriander in the poha and mix well.
Now mash the potatoes well and then give them round or long shape as per your choice.
Coat the cutlets one by one in rice flour and drop them in the pan of hot oil.
Let them fry until they turn light golden in colour.
Once they become crispy, remove them from the oil and serve hot with your favourite chutney.
