Delhi Police are probing an alleged Khalistani connection to the blast in Delhi’s Prashant Vihar on Sunday after a suggestive screenshot of a Telegram post began doing rounds on social media.
The screenshot showed a video clip of the blast carrying a ‘Khalistan Zindabad’ watermark at the bottom, reported ANI.
“If Indian coward agency and their master think they can hire filthy goons to target our members to silence our voice then they live in fools world. They can’t imagine how close we are to them and how capable we are to strike anytime #KhalistanZindabad #JLI,” the Justice League India said in the post along with the clip.

Preliminary investigations into the blast near a CRPF school revealed traces of low explosives at the site. This prompted Delhi Police and other security agencies to launch a thorough probe into the incident, in which a loud explosion near a CRPF school on Sunday morning, sparking a security alert in the national capital region.
Investigators from FSL and NSG scoured the area for samples, and a police case was filed under the Explosives Act.
Residents recalled the “intense” explosion, followed by a foul smell engulfing the neighbourhood. “I felt vibrations in my house. It felt like someone’s cylinder had exploded nearby. My children’s school bus comes here and usually we stand at this (near the school) gate in the morning,” Anita Singh, a local, told ANI.
“But since today was Sunday, nobody got hurt. I shudder to think about how big a disaster it could have been had it happened during the weekdays,” she added.
Lt Governor VK Saxena told the media that a multi-agency probe is underway. “I am keeping a constant watch on the progress of the investigation and assure that the guilty will be brought to book,” Saxena said.
Action Committee of Unaided Private Schools President Bharat Arora said called for increased security measures in schools. “It highlights the urgent need for schools to conduct thorough internal security audits and work closely with Delhi Police for support,” he said.
Sunday’s blast added to the growing concerns about security following a series of bomb threats sent to several airlines in the past few days.
