He confirmed that the delay follows the film’s global partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment, adding that the trailer will now be unveiled worldwide at a later date.

Meanwhile, director Nitesh Tiwari revealed that the first installment ends on a major cliffhanger, setting the stage for the second part of the epic.

Part One of Ramayana is scheduled to release during Diwali 2026.
