Potato Cheela: Make spicy crunchy potato cheela for breakfast, easy recipe

potato cheela�रेसिपी : Apart from food, many times we feel like eating something different, in which the first thing that comes to our mind is gram flour cheela. If you are bored with gram flour cheela then you can also make potato cheela. This dish is so delicious that children as well as adults will become its fans. It is also very easy to make. Let us now know the easy recipe –

Potato – 3-4

Corn flour – 2 tbsp

Gram flour – 2 tbsp

Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Chopped green onion – 2 tbsp

Green chilli – 2

Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

l – 2 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

First of all peel the potatoes. After this, soak the potatoes in water for 10-15 minutes to remove starch from the potatoes.

After this, grate the potatoes and squeeze them well so that the water drains out completely.

Now add grated potatoes to the mixing bowl. Add corn flour and gram flour and mix.

After this, add black pepper powder, cumin, green chilli, green onion, salt and other ingredients and mix.

Now if there is more water in this mixture then you can add gram flour in it.

After this, take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame.

When the pan becomes hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around.

After this, take the potato-gram flour mixture in a bowl and spread it on the pan until it becomes as thin as it can be.

After this, pour oil around the chillies and fry them. Fry the chillies until they become golden and crisp on both sides.

After this, take it out in a plate. – Prepare chilli from the whole mixture in the same way.
