Potato Chilli Recipe: Potato is a vegetable which everyone likes. Whatever you can make from it, be it potato paratha, potato chips or potato bhajiya samosa. This is a dish which is liked by everyone, especially those who like Chinese dishes because its taste is exactly the same.

Material

  • Potato-2 medium size
  • Corn flour-2 spoons
  • Green chilli-2 finely chopped
  • Capsicum-1 chopped
  • Carrot-1 chopped
  • Onion-1 chopped
  • Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
  • Schezwan Sauce-5-6 spoons
  • Tomato ketchup-1 ½ tsp
  • White vinegar- 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – as per taste
  • Salt – as per taste

Potato Chilli Recipe: Method

1- First of all, peel the potatoes and cut them into finger shapes. Now wash the potatoes thoroughly and keep the water to dry.

2- After this, add corn flour to the chopped potatoes and mix well, so that the corn flour covers the potatoes completely.

3- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes. Then heat some oil in the pan.

4- Now add green chillies and fry. Then mix all the chopped vegetables including onion and capsicum in it.

5- After frying for some time, add ginger garlic paste and stir. Now add Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, black pepper powder and salt to this mixture and mix well.

6- Then add fried potatoes in it and stir. Hot chilli potatoes are ready. Now take it out in a plate and serve.
