The spicy flavor of vegetables and Schezwan sauce makes it even more special. This is a perfect and easy recipe to serve with tea or on any special occasion.

Material

For Potato Cups

Boiled potatoes 2 big, black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, chilli flakes 1 tsp, rice flour 1 tbsp, corn flour 2 tbsp, salt as per taste, oil
for topping

Corn 2 tbsp, Carrot cut lengthwise 2 tbsp, Capsicum cut into squares 2 tbsp, Green chilli finely chopped 1 tsp, Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp, Chilli flakes 1 tsp, Masala oregano 1 tsp, Cheese grated 3 tbsp

Method

Grate the potatoes. Mix all the ingredients for making cups except oil, mix well and keep covered for 15 minutes. Blanch the corn and carrots and drain the water. Add all the other topping ingredients except cheese to it. Grease the appe maker. Make balls for the potato cups, expand them with your fingers and put them in the appe maker to make a cup. Spread the topping in it, sprinkle cheese on top and sprinkle chili flakes. Cover and bake on low flame until the cheese turns pink.

Material

Boiled potatoes – 2 medium sized
Ground chirwa – 1 cup
Crushed red chilli – as per taste
Salt – as per taste
Green coriander (finely chopped) – 1–2 tbsp
Oil for frying – as required

Method

First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well in a deep bowl. Now add ground chirwa in it. After this add crushed red chilli, salt and finely chopped green coriander.
Mix all the ingredients well and prepare a soft dough. Cover the prepared dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. Do not keep the dough too stiff, otherwise the hearts will not form properly.
Now take a portion of the dough and spread it to about 2 inches thickness with the help of both palms. Cut out heart shapes with the help of cookie cutter.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Put the prepared hearts in oil and fry them until they become golden and crisp. Drain on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. If you want, you can also add a little chaat masala to it to enhance the taste. Serve hot Chidwa Hearts with green chutney or tomato sauce. This snack is also suitable for tea time or children’s tiffin.

This delicious Arabic recipe Sangeeta Sent by. Boiled and crispy fried arbi is prepared by tossing it in spices like celery, turmeric, chilli and mango powder, which further enhances its taste. The aroma of green coriander on top makes it more attractive. Serve it with roti, rice or paratha, the taste will double.

Material

Arbi half kg, spices – celery, salt, chilli, turmeric, dry mango powder as per taste, oil for frying, a little green coriander

Method

Cut the arbi into two pieces. Boil under pressure. When it cools down, peel it and press it with your palms. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Now take one tablespoon oil in the pan. Chop celery in it. Add salt, chilli, turmeric and dry mango powder and stir quickly. Mix fried arbi in it and take it down. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top. You can eat it with roti, rice, parathas etc. Some people like to eat it like this.
