Potato Samosa: Make market like potato samosa at home
fine flour
Potato
Green chilly
Coriander

To make samosas, first sift the flour and take it out in a big vessel.
Then add salt and celery to this flour.
After mixing well, add water to it and knead the dough.
After kneading the dough, keep it aside.
After this, take a pan and heat oil in it.
Now add boiled potatoes to it and mash it well.
Now add green chillies, coriander seeds, ginger, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, asafoetida and celery to these potatoes.
Now fry it well. When cooked, take out the potatoes in a plate.
Now it's time to make samosa. Now take a ball of kneaded dough and roll it into a round shape to make a samosa.
Now cut it in half from the middle and lift one part. Make one part into a triangle and fill it with potatoes.
Fill the potatoes and stick them on top with the help of wet dough. Prepare all the samosas in the same manner.
Now this samosa is ready. If you want, fry it in oil. If you do not want to eat oily samosas, you can also air fry them.
