Prabhas's The Raja Saab postponed to a later date: Reports – Read

Telugu superstar Prabhas and director Maruthi’s much-awaited film, The Raja Saab, has been postponed to a later date, according to reports.

The new release date is likely to be announced in the coming weeks. Recently, it was reported that Prabhas suffered a knee injury on the sets of his upcoming film. However, an official announcement regarding the nature of the injury is still awaited.

The Raja Saab was scheduled for a . However, the shooting hasn’t been completed. It is said that the makers will soon announce a new date.

Meanwhile, the makers of Telugu actor Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s Jack announced the film’s release date. The film will release in theatres on April 10. If The Raja Saab’s release is on track, then Jack, directed by Bommarillu Baskar, will release alongside Prabhas-starrer.

Siddhu Jonnalagadda shared the poster of Jack and wrote, “Very excited to announce the release date of my next film #jack. Directed by the very talented @baskifilmz and Produced by @svccofficial (sic).”

If the reports about film’s postponement is true, then Jack and Sanjay Deol’s Jaat will release in April 2025. Other Telugu films might also take the April 10 spot.

Written and directed by Maruthi, starring Prabhas in the lead role. Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Murali Sharma and Anupam Kher are part of the supporting cast.
