  • Suryabhedan Pranayam is also helpful in removing the problem of sinusitis. In this, breathing is done only through the right nostril and exhaling through the left. It is very beneficial in cold and sinus.
  • You can also do Bhramari Pranayam for this problem. Close your eyes and ears and hum like a bumblebee. This creates vibration in the sinuses and loosens the accumulated mucus.
  • For this problem, Kapalbhati Pranayama can be done. This exercise of rapid exhalation opens the sinuses and increases the oxygen level.

Apart from Pranayama, you can take help of Jalneti. To do this, pour lukewarm salt water through one nostril and take it out through the other. This clears the dirt and mucus from the sinuses. This should be done 2-3 times a week. The second is Bhramari Pranayam. Close your eyes and ears and hum like a bumblebee. This creates vibration in the sinuses and loosens the accumulated mucus.
