Pratika Rawal out of test match due to injury
Pratika Raval is out of this historic test match due to injury. She was injured while fielding during the second ODI match played against England A in Taunton last week, after which she did not even come to bat. Indian women’s team head coach Amol Muzumdar said that Rawal had an injury on her knee which required stitches.
Coach announced replacement
Amol Majumdar confirmed on 8 July that Pratika Rawal would not be available for this one-off Test. Priya Punia has been included in the team in her place. Priya Punia has not made her test debut yet.
