CM Yogi launches 'Kumbhvani', now you can listen to live telecast of Mahakumbh on FM

Mahakumbh 2025: Mahakumbh is going to start from January 13 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched 'Kumbhavani' FM channel. Prasar Bharati's radio division Akashvani has launched it on Friday. Through this channel, every information related to Mahakumbh will be delivered to every corner of the country. This channel will broadcast on 103.5 MHz.

CM Yogi said this at the inauguration

On the occasion of the launch of this FM, CM Yogi Adityanath said that he is confident that this FM channel will not only achieve new heights of popularity but will also take Mahakumbh to those remote villages where people cannot reach even if they want. find.
He said that we will provide every information about Mahakumbh to those people through these facilities.

The Chief Minister further said that if we are able to do such live telecast for the people living far away, then they will also get a chance to know, listen to this great gathering of Sanatan Gaurav and tell it to the coming generations. The CM also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Ministry of Information Broadcasting and Prasar Bharati for starting the Kumbhvani channel.

When will it be broadcast?

According to media reports, this channel has been prepared only to provide information related to Mahakumbh to remote areas of the country. This channel will be broadcast on the frequency of 103.5 MHz from today i.e. Friday, (January 10) to February 26. It will be on air daily from 5:55 am to 10:05 pm.

There will be no connectivity issue

Apart from this, CM Yogi said that in fact, the first medium we had to spread folk tradition and folk culture to the common people was All India Radio. I remember that in my childhood we used to listen very carefully to the lines of Ramcharit Manas which was being broadcast through All India Radio at that time. With the passage of time, technology increased and people also started watching those scenes illustrated through television through visual medium.
