Due to being small in size, they will be easily accessible even in narrow streets. These 4 special vehicles from Germany have reached the Kumbh Mela area. CM Yogi will inaugurate it soon.

Yogi government is taking many measures to make Mahakumbh 2025 safe and green. Under this, for the first time, all-terrain vehicles have been procured from Germany for this Mahakumbh Mela. If a fire breaks out anywhere in the fair area, these vehicles will reach the spot within a few moments and extinguish the fire. The vehicle is also equipped with state-of-the-art fire safety devices including fire extinguisher. These vehicles can run easily on sand, swamp and shallow water as well as on rough roads. Trained firefighters of the fire department will be able to deal with any emergency including fire in the entire fair area by riding on these vehicles.

These vehicles are battery operated: The all-terrain vehicles deployed in the Mahakumbh Mela area have been deployed for the first time in the Mahakumbh. Four all-terrain vehicles have reached Prayagraj and fire fighters are being trained to operate them. Not only this, CM Yogi can come in the last week of November and flag off these four state-of-the-art all-terrain vehicles. These vehicles are operated by electric batteries.

The vehicles have effective ability to extinguish fire: Chief Fire Officer Pramod Sharma said that these vehicles brought from Germany have air compressor and Vampak fire extinguisher along with normal fire extinguisher. Up to 9 liters of water can be sprayed from the gun and it contains 8 liters of water and one liter of chemical. After its spraying, foam is formed and fluorine-rich foam has effective ability to extinguish fire. This brings the fire under control quickly.

Firemen will also be safe: This vehicle can also extinguish the fire of flammable liquid. It is a reliable alternative to traditional foam. Its discharge distance is up to 45 feet. A safe distance is maintained between the system operator and the fire. It has a 75 feet hose that enables the user to reach a fire within 100 feet of the unit in any direction. This distance also provides protection to the operator and fireman from radiation heat and poisonous gases.
