It is reported that he has sold his 1770 square feet apartment located in Bandra, a posh area of Mumbai, for Rs 18.50 crore. They got this flat in April 2025 under the redevelopment project and it has been purchased by Indian-origin American citizens Priya and Rajeev Nagar.

Story of ‘Lahore 1947’
The film is set during the time of India-Pakistan partition and tells the story of a Muslim family who moves from Lucknow to Lahore and ends up in a mansion that a Hindu family is unwilling to leave. The pairing of Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta in the film is going to create a blast on the big screen. Apart from this, Ali Fazal and Karan Deol are also in important roles. The film will release on the occasion of Independence Day this year and is likely to create a big stir at the box office.
