According to Premanand Maharaj, Brahma Muhurta and 21 day meditation method is such a sadhana, which if you practice continuously for 21 days, then your wishes start getting fulfilled. Doing this meditation in Brahma Muhurta is considered most effective. To strengthen any habit or thinking, consistency is necessary. If you leave midway, its effect is reduced.
According to ancient texts, the night is divided into four periods.
Rudra period: 6:00 to 9:00 pm
Rakshasa Kaal: 9:00 pm to 12:00 am
Gandharva period: 12:00 pm to 3:00 am
