Preparation for unopposed election of Nitin Nabin for the post of BJP President, many senior leaders including PM Modi will be proponents.

New Delhi, 14 January. The election process for the new national president of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Center will be implemented after Makar Sankranti. In this sequence, the party’s working president Nitin Nabin is now going to become the permanent president. He will take charge in place of National President JP Nadda.

BJP sources say that only Nitin Nabin will file his nomination for the post of BJP National President and no leader will file nomination against him. In such a situation, it is considered certain that he will be elected president unopposed. It is also being told that many Union Ministers and Chief Ministers including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah will also be proposers in the nomination of Nitin Nabin.

Election of president after Makar Sankranti

Makar Sankranti is on Thursday. After that the election process of BJP President will start. It is believed that the elections will be formally announced after two-three days of Makar Sankranti. Preparations are underway to make several sets of nomination papers for Nitin Nabin with the signatures of the proposers and those supporting him.
