On this occasion, Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, State Presidents, Organization General Secretaries and all members of the National Council will be present in Delhi. BJP sources say that it will not take much time to form the new presidential team. His election will be formally approved in the National Council meeting to be held in New Delhi in the last week of next month, which is necessary under the party constitution.
A balanced combination of young and experienced leaders can be seen in the new team. It is likely to retain a strong core of vice-presidents and general secretaries from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana, so that strategic continuity is maintained till the 2029 Lok Sabha elections.

Nitin Nabin comes from the general category, hence there is a plan to give adequate representation to OBC, SC and ST categories in his team. 2–3 new faces can also be included from Assam, West Bengal, Odisha and North-East India. Special attention will be paid to increasing the participation of women and youth. According to the party’s constitution, 33 percent posts are reserved for women.
Sources also say that most of the team members will be below 55 years of age, which will promote youthful energy and new ideas in the organization.
