Patiala- A big religious program dedicated to the glory of Lord Shiva ‘Ek Sham in the Name of Lord Shiva’ is being organized by the Punjab Government on 28th July at Atma Ram Kumar Sabha Ground, Patiala. The preparations for this program were reviewed by Aam Aadmi Party Urban District President and District Planning Committee Chairman Tejinder Mehta and Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Anuprita Johal. He held a meeting with officials of different departments and reviewed the arrangements related to the program in detail and directed each department to fulfill its responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
On this occasion, Tejinder Mehta said that the Punjab government is fully prepared to promote religious and cultural heritage. He said that all necessary facilities are being ensured so that the devotees do not face any kind of problem during this big event. He asked the officials to make proper arrangements for security, traffic management, cleanliness, electricity, drinking water, parking and emergency health services.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Anupreeta Johal said that coordination is being done between all the departments for the convenience of the devotees coming for the program. He said that the administration will ensure proper security arrangements, easy transportation, deployment of medical teams, cleanliness and other necessary facilities so that the program can be completed peacefully and successfully. On this occasion, Joint Commissioner Harjot Kaur, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Manreet Rana, Civil Surgeon Shaili Jaitley, SP Palwinder Singh Cheema and officials of different departments were present.
