- 6-8 bread slices (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup water

- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce

How to make Bread Chilli Manchurian
Making Bread Chilli Manchurian is very simple. For this, first of all prepare a thick batter by adding corn flour, flour and water in a bowl. Now dip the bread pieces in this batter and deep fry them in hot oil. Fry them until they become golden and crispy.
Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and fry. Now add chopped onion, capsicum and green chilli and sauté lightly, so that the vegetables remain crunchy.
Now add soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce in the pan and mix well. Add some water to it and boil the sauce. When the sauce thickens, add fried bread pieces to it and toss well, so that the sauce coats each piece well.

- add less water
- Keep less cornflour slurry
- just make it like a coating
Gravy Version:
- add a little more water
- Mix 1 tbsp cornflour + 3 tbsp water and add

- Add spring onion on top
- sprinkle some black pepper powder
