President Trump surrounded over deployment of National Guard
A US federal judge on Friday questioned the Trump administration’s decision to deploy the California National Guard. The Trump administration first deployed National Guards in Los Angeles and this led to violent protests. During a hearing in San Francisco, US District Judge Charles Breyer questioned whether the administration could control the State Guard forever under the cover of federal law.
The judge asked sharp questions to the federal government
The judge said that no crisis lasts forever. I believe that experience teaches us that crises come and go and that’s the way it is. The judge asked the federal government’s attorney whether there was any evidence to prove that the state government was not capable or could not protect federal people and federal property. It is noteworthy that President Trump has deployed thousands of National Guardsmen in California.
