President’s spiritual visit to Braj: Draupadi Murmu met Premanand Maharaj in Vrindavan, welcomed by saying Radhe-Radhe
Vrindavan. President Draupadi Murmu, during his Braj tour, reached Vrindavan on Friday morning and met the famous saint Premanand Maharaj. She reached Shri Hit Radha Kelly Kunj Ashram at around 7:30 in the morning, where she had darshan and had a spiritual discussion.
The simplicity and ease of the President attracted everyone’s attention. During this, Premanand Maharaj told him about the glory of Braj and the importance of service.
Visiting important places of Braj-
The President will also visit many important religious and social places during her tour.
She will also visit the memorial of Neem Karoli Baba and in the evening inaugurate the new oncology block at Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram.
Apart from this, she will also visit ‘Vatsalya Gram’ established by Rithambara, which is famous for serving orphan children and the elderly.
Her visit will conclude on March 21 with a puja at the Danghati temple of Govardhan, after which she will also perform the traditional Govardhan Parikrama.
Unprecedented security arrangements-
In view of the President’s visit to Mathura-Vrindavan, the district administration has made strict security arrangements.
District Magistrate Chandra Prakash Singh has declared the entire district as a ‘no-fly zone’.
There will be a complete ban on flying drones, kites and balloons in the district from 10 am on March 19 to 5 pm on March 21.
Tour started from Ayodhya-
President Draupadi Murmu reached Uttar Pradesh on March 19, where she was welcomed by Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak.
Earlier, the President installed ‘Shri Ram Yantra’ in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya and offered prayers, which is considered a symbol of the completion of the construction of the temple.
This visit of the President is giving the message of confluence of spirituality, service and tradition.
