Prices of Maruti Suzuki cars will increase by Rs 32,500 from February 1.
Auto sector crisis: Maruti announces 'no-production day' at Haryana plant Maruti Suzuki has announced a price increase of all its models in India including Swift, Dezire, Brezza and Baleno. This increase in the prices of Maruti cars will be applicable from February 1, 2025. With this price hike, the car models will become costlier by Rs 32,500.
Maruti Suzuki price hike
According to the carmaker, the reason for the price hike is to compensate for the rising input and operating costs. Indian car manufacturers usually implement this practice every year. In 2025, the salary hike for Maruti cars will range between Rs 1,500 to Rs 32,500. The brand had also announced a similar price increase in 2024.
The price of Maruti Celerio hatchback will see a maximum increase of Rs 32,500. At the same time, the price of Ciaz and Jimny will increase by at least Rs 1,500.
Apart from these, there are other popular models like Swift, Dezire, Brezza, WagonR, Eeco, Ertiga and Baleno. You can check out the full list of model-wise price hikes in the list below:

Meanwhile, Maruti Suzuki has also seen significant improvement in its export market. The company exported 245,642 passenger vehicles (PVs) from April to December 2024. An increase of 21 percent has been registered in this compared to last year. It accounts for 43 per cent of India's PV exports and is on track to reach record exports of around 325,000 units for FY2025.
The company reported total sales of 178,248 units, which included domestic sales of 132,523 units, sales to other OEMs totaling 8,306 units and a record monthly export figure of 37,419 units in December 2024.
