Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates Kumar Bhaskar Burma Bridge in Guwahati

Assam Dhemaji. Today, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated several projects in Assam. The newly constructed bridge worth about Rs 3,030 crore, which has been connecting Guwahati and North Guwahati for a long time, was auspiciously inaugurated by pronouncing it in the name of Raja Kumar Bhaskar Burma of Kamrup. Apart from this, he laid the foundation stone of several projects to be constructed in Guwahati at a cost of Rs 5,450 crore, including the new campus of IIM.
The Prime Minister then landed in an Air Force C One 13 aircraft at the newly constructed ELF Emergency Landing Facility Road at Moran Bypass in Dibrugarh district. Chief Minister Himmat Biswa Sharma and Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal welcomed him in Moran. After this, on the Air Force side, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the insignia of the Air Force.

In Moran, emergency landings of Rafale, Sukhoi, Arjun, Abhimanyu, A, N 43, AL, AIS were shown in front of the Prime Minister, giving a glimpse of how the Air Force controls the situations in war and emergency situations, in which many feats like rescuing injured soldiers from war zones or helping in disasters like floods and distributing relief materials were shown. In which Rafale, Sukhoi, ALA helicopters were also included from the Air Force side.

On the other hand, in the evening the Prime Minister addressed more than 30 thousand booth workers in the Bijoy Butt Sankalp Sabha organized at the Khanpara Veterinary College Sports Ground in Guwahati. In which Modi ji strongly criticized the opposition by making the development of Assam and Purvanchal an issue, and also talked about returning the love given to him by the people of Assam in the form of development with interest. The meeting was attended by Assam Chief Minister Himmat Biswa Sharma, Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Parliament, MLAs and more than 30 thousand booth workers from every district of Assam.
