This service was launched by Madhuri Misal, Minister of State for Urban Development of Maharashtra. Speaking on the occasion, he said that considering the future growth of cities and increasing traffic, electric transport is now becoming a necessity. This service has been started by Prasanna Purple from its Sangamwadi office. Initially, 10 state-of-the-art electric buses will run on this route. All these buses are manufactured by the company Switch Mobility, these buses are known for less pollution and more efficient energy consumption along with comfortable travel.
