A horrific incident that happened with a 19 year old girl from Tripura in a PG in Gurugram has come to light. Police said that the girl’s live-in partner Shivam was continuously harassing her. Investigation revealed that the accused burnt the girl’s private parts by pouring sanitizer on them. Along with this, the accused also recorded the video of the assault. The officer said that during custodial interrogation it was also revealed that the accused was pressurizing the girl to have a physical relationship with him. During the incident, the girl escaped from his clutches and called her mother and asked for help. The police took immediate action and took the girl to a safe place. Shivam has been arrested and taken into custody. The police is seriously investigating the case on the basis of video and other evidence and legal action is being taken against the accused.
The victim is originally from Tripura and was studying in a renowned university in Gurugram. According to the police, the girl’s live-in partner Shivam (19 years) kept torturing her for three consecutive days. The accused tried to forcibly have sex with the girl on the pretext of marriage. During this, the victim suffered serious injuries on her hands, mouth, legs and private parts, due to which she had to be admitted to the hospital. The victim gave her statement to the police in the hospital, in which she told that the accused was continuously harassing her. The victim called her mother and asked for help and thus she was able to escape from the clutches of the accused.
Attacked with a knife, set fire to private parts, made nude videos
A woman in Delhi has accused her partner of brutal assault and harassment. The victim claimed that the accused repeatedly beat her and showed cruelty to her. According to the information, on February 16, the accused brutally beat the victim. It is alleged that the accused attacked her on the head with a steel bottle, hit her head against the wall and furniture, and also broke the pot on her head. The accused stabbed her several times in the leg with a knife and threatened her that he would beat her so much that she would not be able to walk and would never be able to become a mother. The victim also alleged that the accused had made nude videos of her and tried to blackmail her.
Befriended through app and then became live in partner
Police investigation has revealed that the friendship between the victim and the accused started in September last year through a social media app. Within no time the friendship turned into love and the conversation reached the promise of marriage. Both of them were living in a live-in relationship in a PG in Sector-69 for about one and a half to two months. However, there were many arguments between the two regarding marriage. The accused had doubts about the character of the student. There was an altercation between the two on Thursday night and within no time the accused started kicking and punching the student. Serious marks were found on the victim’s hands, mouth and legs. In the earlier incident, it is alleged that the accused broke a steel bottle and pot on the victim’s head, stabbed her in the leg with a knife, tried to set her on fire by pouring sanitizer on her private parts, and threatened to blackmail her by making a nude video.
My life was saved when I got a call from my mother.
Coincidentally, the victim’s mother called at that time. Hearing the daughter’s screams, the mother immediately informed the police. Badshahpur police station reached the spot, but the room was locked from inside. The police broke the door and saw that the woman was lying in a bloody condition and the accused was beating her. Police spokesperson Sandeep Turan said that the accused Shivam has been arrested. A case has been registered against him under sections 115, 118(1), 118(2), 127(2), 69 and 351(2) of BNS.
Eyewitnesses said that the girl was seriously injured during the fight. The accused twisted his hand and left injury marks on his legs. Not only this, looking at the girl’s face it seemed as if she had been beaten with a stick. His face turned blue and his eyes also became swollen. According to the information, the victim is a biotechnology student at GD Goenka University and is originally a resident of North Tripura. The girl’s mother alleged that the accused was suspicious of his partner’s character, which led to a dispute between the two.
