Asha Bhosle died on Sunday. She was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital on Saturday. Culture Minister Ashish Shelar made the announcement. The funeral will take place at Shivaji Park on Monday at 4 pm.

His career spans thousands of songs and prestigious awards—Dadasaheb Phalke in 2000 and Padma Vibhushan in 2008. Asha ji’s legacy will always live on.
