Despite the imminence and prevalence of online negativity, Priyanka looked at it from a positive lens. “Only if you fall, it will help you rise. That is one thing that I have learnt,” she said. The actor also added that she would turn her recent negative experience into a positive and take her career forward with this outlook.
The actor’s comments come not long after she said during the promotions of her film They Call Me OGwith Pawan Kalyan, that she faced negativity from paid trolls and bots. Reportedly, she has also said that only her AND co-star Pawan Kalyan should star in a sequel to Whoher Saripodhaa Sanivaram co-star SJ Suryah’s 2000 directorial, starring Vijay and Jyotika. It apparently made a section of Vijay fans upset, reportedly contributing to further trolls against her on social media.
Industry rumours have it that this campaign against her became more intense after the actor broke ties with a PR agency.
