Updated Points Table, Top Run-Getters And Wicket-Takers After Match 6 — LQ vs KRK

Karachi Kings overcame a scare to avoid a loss to reigning champions Lahore Qalandars in what was a seemingly low-scoring thriller in the PSL 2026 game at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on March 29, Sunday. By chasing down 128, Kings have won both their matches thus far, thereby maintaining the top spot in the standings.

The Qalandars had won the toss and opted to bat first. However, they had made a paltry score of 128/9 in their stipulated 20 overs. Abdullah Shafique top-scored with 33, while Haseebullah Khan made a scratchy 28-ball 30. Moeen Ali, Mir Hamza and Adam Zampa took two wickets each to complete a very tidy bowling performance. Nevertheless, the Karachi Kings, who defeated the Quetta Gladiators in their opening match of the eight-team tournament, had lost three early wickets to stumble to 39/3 at one stage. Muhammad Waseem top-scored for them with 38, while there were contributions from Saad Baig (19), Moeen Ali (18) and Azam Khan (14*) to take their side over the line.
