Today he did a road show in favor of the AAP candidate. During this, he said that whether Yamuna is on that side or this side, this time Arvind Kejriwal's government is being formed with an overwhelming majority. At the same time, he has also targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party.
On Thursday, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann conducted a road show in Kasturba Nagar assembly constituency. He appealed to the public to vote in favor of the Aam Aadmi Party candidate. During this, he said that whether Yamuna is on that side or this side, this time Arvind Kejriwal's government is being formed with an overwhelming majority. We do politics of work, we do politics of education. We have a national party, I am the Chief Minister of Punjab, so I will come to campaign.

There is competition between them in Kasturba Nagar seat
Let us tell you that AAP has fielded Ramesh Pehalwan from Kasturba Nagar assembly seat of Delhi. Bharatiya Janata Party has given ticket to Neeraj Basoya. Whereas Congress has made Abhishet Dutt its candidate. Aam Aadmi Party had won this seat in the 2020 assembly elections. Madan Lal Mohan had defeated Ravinder Chaudhary of BJP.

Voting on 5th February
It is noteworthy that in the assembly elections held in the year 2020, Aam Aadmi Party had won 62 out of 70 seats. Whereas Bharatiya Janata Party had won 8 seats. In the 2015 assembly elections, AAP had captured 67 seats while BJP had captured 3 seats. Congress could not even open its account in both these elections. This time 699 candidates are in the fray in the Delhi Assembly elections. Voting will be held on all 70 seats of the capital on February 5. The result will be released on 8th February.
