Punjab Police Transfers: 29 ASPs, DSPs Shifted in Major Administrative Reshuffle – THE LIST

The Punjab Police on Sunday ordered the transfers and postings of 29 ASPs and DSP-rank officers with immediate effect following the approval of the Police Establishment Committee.

According to official orders issued by the office of the Director General of Police (DGP), Punjab, the reshuffle has been carried out on administrative grounds. The transferred officers have been directed to report at their new places of posting immediately and submit charge assumption and relinquishment reports without delay.

Among the prominent transfers, IPS officer Anubhav Jain has been shifted from ASP SD East, Amritsar to ASP SD Industrial Area-B, Ludhiana, while Ravinder Singh has been transferred from ACP PBI Economic Offense & Cyber ​​Crime, Jalandhar to ACP SD East, Amritsar.

Satwinder Singh has been moved from ACP SD Industrial Area-B, Ludhiana to DSP SD Mehal Kalan, Barnala, whereas Jaspal Singh has been transferred from DSP SD Mehal Kalan, Barnala to DSP SD Malout, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Manmohan Sharma has been posted as DSP Headquarters, Moga after being shifted from DSP SD Malout, Sri Muktsar Sahib. Davinder Singh has been transferred from DSP Detective, Kapurthala to DSP SD Tanda, Hoshiarpur.

Sukhpal Singh has been shifted from DSP SD Tanda, Hoshiarpur to DSP SD Baba Bakala, Amritsar Rural, while Arun Sharma has been moved from DSP SD Baba Bakala and additional charge of DSP ANTF-1 Border Range, Amritsar to DSP ANTF-1, Border Range, Amritsar.

Sanjiv Singla has been transferred from DSP PBI Crime Against Women & Children, Sangrur to DSP SD City-1, Patiala. Satnam Singh has been shifted from DSP SD City-1, Patiala to DSP SD Bhawanigarh, Sangrur.

Rahul Kaushal has been posted as DSP PBI NDPS-cum-Narcotics, Moga after serving as DSP SD Bhawanigarh, Sangrur. Jasbinder Singh has been shifted from DSP PBI NDPS-cum-Narcotics, Fatehgarh Sahib to DSP SD Bagha Purana, Moga.

Dalbir Singh has been moved from DSP SD Bagha Purana, Moga to DSP SD Rural, Sangrur, while Sukhdev Singh has been transferred from DSP SD Rural, Sangrur to DSP SD Banur, Patiala.

Guripal Singh, who was under transfer from ACP SD Civil Lines, Ludhiana to DSP SD Banur, Patiala, has now been posted as ACP Licensing & Security, Ludhiana.

Manoj Kumar has been shifted from DSP PBI Crime Against Women & Children, Batala to DSP SD Sri Hargobindpur, Batala. Harish Behal has been moved from DSP SD Sri Hargobindpur, Batala to DSP Detective, Gurdaspur.

Kulbhushan has been transferred from DSP Headquarters, Ropar to DSP SD City, Hoshiarpur, while Dev Dutt has been posted in the Punjab Intelligence Wing after serving as DSP SD City, Hoshiarpur.

Gabbar Singh has been shifted from DSP PBI NDPS-cum-Narcotics, Patiala to DSP Headquarters, Khanna. Inderpal Chauhan has been moved from DSP Headquarters, Khanna to DSP SD Ahmedgarh, Malerkotla.

Sukhdev Singh has been transferred from DSP SD Ahmedgarh, Malerkotla to DSP PBI NDPS-cum-Narcotics, Sangrur.

Sushil Kumar has been shifted from DSP 3rd IRB, Ludhiana, where he was temporarily attached with ANTF Border Range, Amritsar, to DSP ANTF-2, Border Range, Amritsar.

Amarpreet Singh has been moved from DSP PBI Homicide & Forensics, Ropar to DSP Intelligence Wing, Punjab.

Gurpreet Singh, who was under transfer from DSP PBI NDPS-cum-Narcotics, Bathinda to DSP Intelligence Wing, Punjab, has now been posted as DSP PBI Crime Against Women & Children, Bathinda.

Daljit Singh has been transferred from DSP PRTC, Jahankhelan to DSP RTC, PAP Jalandhar, while Harjit Singh has been moved from DSP RTC, PAP Jalandhar to DSP 27th Battalion PAP Jalandhar.

Balwinder Singh has been shifted from DSP 27th Battalion PAP Jalandhar to DSP PRTC, Jahankhelan.

Prabhjot Kaur will continue as DSP 13th Battalion PAP, Chandigarh and has additionally been attached with ANTF, Punjab.

The Punjab Police reshuffle is being viewed as part of routine administrative restructuring aimed at strengthening policing, intelligence operations and anti-narcotics enforcement across the state.
