Punjab will help in changing dictatorial politics in India, AAP will get the gift of 100 seats in 2027
New Delhi: In the rally organized at Jantar Mantar under the leadership of Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann showed the mirror to BJP and Modi government. He said that Punjab stands with Aam Aadmi Party in changing the dictatorial politics in India. In 2027, the people of Punjab will gift 100 seats to AAP.
The entire Aam Aadmi Party including Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia is fighting the country’s battle as firmly as a rock. BJP tried to destroy AAP as part of a conspiracy, but now that conspiracy has been exposed in front of the country.
He said that Modi government is anti-Punjab. Therefore, RDF is withholding crores of rupees from the rights of Punjabis including GST. We have come to end the politics of hatred and lies from the country and are successfully moving forward in that direction.
Bhagwant Mann’s passionate statement in virtual address
Virtually addressing the rally organized under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal at Jantar Mantar, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that whenever the Aam Aadmi Party faces any trouble, it emerges with double or quadruple strength.
God always brings us under the same Neem tree, to the same Jantar Mantar, which is the birthplace of the Aam Aadmi Party. This program was already fixed, but we did not know that this historic decision of the judge would come so soon. Today we have got an opportunity to tell the entire nation that truth is always truth.
The power of telling the truth and the pole of lies
Bhagwant Mann said that the biggest advantage of speaking the truth is that one does not have to remember it once, whereas liars always have to remember what was said last time.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi initially opposed GST, but later he had to implement it. Earlier they used to talk about rising oil prices, but now when the prices have increased even more, they call it a master stroke. Aam Aadmi Party has come to change the politics of the country and bring honesty in it.
Arvind Kejriwal has forced other political parties to write about schools, hospitals, electricity, employment and infrastructure in their manifestos instead of talking about hatred and religion.
Conspiracy to send Kejriwal, Sisodia and Jain to jail
Bhagwant Mann told how the private hospital owners must have complained to the Prime Minister that their business had come to a standstill due to free and good treatment in the government hospitals of Delhi, after which the Prime Minister put Satyendar Jain in jail.
Similarly, when private school owners complained that children were going to government schools and would no longer be able to donate to the party, the Prime Minister put Manish Sisodia in jail. When it was seen that free electricity, free medicines, excellent infrastructure, the budget increased from Rs 30 crore to Rs 60 thousand crore and because of this it would be difficult to win the elections, then a false case was found and Arvind Kejriwal and his entire team were put inside. He said that in our country the punishment may not be that severe, but going through the courts is the real punishment.
Difficult times in jail and victory in Jalandhar by-election
Recalling that difficult period, Bhagwant Mann said that when the top five leaders of the party and the entire think tank were in jail, the by-election of Jalandhar had come. There was no outside authority to take decisions. In such a situation, we worked together with our backup team.
Referring to the guidance he received during his meeting with Arvind Kejriwal in jail, he said that Arvind Kejriwal had given us courage that God will support us, knock on the doors of the people. After this, we won the Jalandhar by-election and the second MP seat by a huge margin, which boosted our morale further.
Kejriwal’s love for Punjab
Bhagwant Mann told that even when I used to go to meet Arvind Kejriwal in jail, Arvind Kejriwal used to only ask about the condition of Punjab and the people there. They used to ask whether people are getting free electricity or not, whether water work for the fields is going on or not and whether there is any problem? He always used to give instructions that whoever indulges in corruption, whoever gets reported, should be put inside because we have to reform the country.
Jail is like ghee for revolutionaries
Bhagwant Mann further said that jail works like ghee for revolutionaries. Giving the example of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, he said that when the plan was made to throw bombs in the assembly, his name was not in the list. Bhagat Singh himself had added his name to the list.
On this, Chandrashekhar Azad (head of Naujawan Bharat Sabha) had warned him that in the case of Saunders’ murder, he would be taken to Lahore and hanged. But Bhagat Singh argued that the wave of the party had slowed down a bit and there was a need to boost it.
Bhagat Singh had said that among those who threw the bombs, he was the only one who could speak English, so he would fight his case himself and would call the media in the court, which would spread his message across the country and give strength to the party. Bhagwant Mann said that exactly the same thing happened and the names of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev became famous in the entire country.
history repeating itself
Connecting this historical incident with the present, Bhagwant Mann said that today history is repeating itself. Arvind Kejriwal had also given the same message from jail that there is no need to bow down. Aam Aadmi Party will emerge bigger now. Aam Aadmi Party has emerged as a national party. He told that when the court’s decision came, people were congratulating me and saying that now no one can stop the Aam Aadmi Party, just as the river makes its own path, no one can stop it.
Direct message to Modi-Shah
Bhagwant Mann further gave a message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah that they are tenants sitting on the throne of the country, this country is not their personal house. The soil of this country contains the blood of people like Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Kartar Singh Sarabha and Ashfaqullah Khan, this is not anyone’s father’s India.
Centre’s step-motherly treatment with Punjab
Raising the issue of step-motherly treatment of the Central Government towards Punjab, Bhagwant Mann said that Punjabis made 90 per cent of the sacrifices for the country’s independence, but today the Central Government withholds Punjab’s RDF of Rs 8000 crore and does not pay the GST money. Only Rs 1600 crore was announced for the historic floods in Punjab, but none of it was given.
sharp sarcasm on BJP
Bhagwant Mann said that BJP has become anti-Punjab and anti-Aam Aadmi Party. He has become so psychologically scared that even in his dreams he sees Aam Aadmi Party and broom. He sarcastically said that if the Central Government had its way, they would remove the word Punjab from the national anthem and change it to ‘UP Sindh Gujarat Maratha’.
Punjab’s contribution and promise of 2027
Recalling Punjab’s contribution to the security of the borders and to the country, Bhagwant Mann said that whenever the first bullet of the enemy comes, the hearts of Punjabis on the borders remain tight. When there was a shortage of grains in the country, Punjabis filled the country’s reserves by growing gold from their soil (Green Revolution).
Even when the country needed independence, Punjabis made 90 percent sacrifices. Bhagwant Mann reminded that even when the sapling of Aam Aadmi Party was planted, the first four green leaves (MPs) were given by the Punjabis. He assured that in the 2027 assembly elections also, Punjab will give us a gift by forming the Aam Aadmi Party government with an overwhelming majority (century).
Lion and last message on opposition parties
Taking a dig at the opposition parties, Bhagwant Mann recited a couplet, ‘Liars told the liars to tell the truth, there is a market of liars inside the house, it is written on the door to tell the truth. Mother Ganga, all those who drowned were our own, who has made this hole in the boat? Speak the truth. He said that there is a price to be paid for speaking the truth, but the sun of truth never hides.
Bhagwant Mann assured Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and the entire team that Punjab always stands with them like a rock. He said that wherever a disaster occurs in the world, be it an earthquake in Turkey, a tsunami in Sri Lanka or a flood in Nepal, whether the Red Cross team reaches or not, the langar of Punjabis and Guru Nanak Dev Ji starts first.
Punjabis are people who seek sarbat da bhala (good for all) and make sacrifices. He also remembered the martyrdom of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji to protect Kashmiri Pandits and Hindu religion and pledged to stand with the truth.
