Qualified in SSC CGL Tier One; What’s the next step

SSC CGL Tier One Result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 exam result 2024 will soon be announced. The candidates can check the CGL tier one exam result 2024 on the official website- ssc.gov.in. The candidates qualified in the CGL tier one exam have to appear for tier 2. Following qualification in CGL tier two, the candidates have to appear for the document verification process.

SSC CGL Tier Two Paper Pattern

As the SSC CGL tier one result will be announced soon, here are details of the further selection process. SSC CGL tier two comprised of two papers- paper one and two. SSC CGL tier two paper one consists of sections- Maths, General Intelligence and Reasoning, English Language and Comprehension, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, Data Entry Speed Test. The paper two is on Statistics, it consists of 100 questions, the marks is 200. The paper will comprise of multiple choice questions, the questions are in both English and Hindi.

SSC CGL Tier 2 Marking Scheme

The candidates will get two marks for correct answer, while 0.5 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

SSC CGL Document Verification process

The qualified candidates in SSC CGL tier two have to appear for the document verification process. In the document verification process, the candidates need to carry these following documents-

  • Aadhaar card
  • Voter ID card
  • PAN card
  • Driving License
  • Passport size photo
  • Photo ID Card issued by central/ state government
  • Employer ID card
  • Other relevant documents as prescribed by SSC.

The CGL tier one/ two scorecard pdf can be downloaded from the official portal- ssc.gov.in, the log-in credentials required are- application number, date of birth. SSC CGL tier one/ two scorecard 2024 pdf will appear on the screen for download, save it for further purpose.
