1 cup quinoa

1/4 cup dried dates

2 cups skimmed milk

1/2 tbsp ghee

2 tsp chopped almonds

6 pieces blueberries

1 cup water

1 tsp spice cardamom

1 cup almonds

1/4 tsp saffron

2 pieces pistachios

Step 1 Roast the Quinoa

To make this sweet dish recipe, first heat ghee in a pan. Add quinoa in ghee and fry until its color turns light brown. Once done, add water and bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 2 Add milk, saffron and let it boil

When the amount of water remains half, add hot milk along with saffron strands. Lower the flame and let the mixture boil for 7-8 minutes.

Step 3 Add almonds and cardamom
