Very tasty vegetables can be made from radish leaves. It is also quite easy to make. You can prepare it quickly in the morning. To make this, wash radish leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. Cut radish into small pieces also. Chop some onion and garlic finely. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds and add onion and garlic. When the onion turns light pink, add chopped radish to it and fry a little. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Cover the pan and let the vegetable cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Delicious radish leaf vegetable is just ready.
In winter you must be making parathas of cabbage, fenugreek and peas. But, this time try making parathas of radish leaves. To make these, wash radish leaves, chop them finely and boil them in hot water for two minutes. Mix flour, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, green chilli ginger paste, carom seeds, boiled radish leaves, coriander leaves in a bowl and knead the dough. Keep this dough to rest for some time. Now bake the parathas with ghee or oil. Eat hot parathas with chutney or pickle.

Heat some oil in a pan and add asafoetida and cumin seeds. Add green chilli and ginger to it and fry it lightly. Add radish leaves and 1.5 cups of water in it. Cover and let the radish leaves cook on medium flame until they become soft. Turn off the gas after 15 minutes. Add gram flour and curd in a big bowl and mix. Add 2 cups of water in it and mix, the solution is ready. After the radish leaves become soft, add the gram flour mixture to it and keep stirring. Add 2 cups turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix it. After the curry starts boiling, add salt to it, mix it and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes. The curry is now ready.
