Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz included in Davis Cup team

London London. Two of the biggest tennis superstars Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz have been named to the roster for the Davis Cup Finals, allowing fans to get a glimpse of the 'Nadal-Caraz' partnership again. Fans saw the Nadal and Alcaraz duo shine at the Olympics and fans nicknamed them 'Nadal-Caraz'. They are two of the biggest names in the tennis world, as Rafael Nadal is a 22-time Grand Slam winner and Alcaraz won 4 titles at the young age of 21. The pair may come together for the Davis Cup Finals.

Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz were named to Spain's roster for the Davis Cup Final on Monday, raising the possibility of a renewal of their “Nadal-Caraz” doubles partnership from the Paris Olympics. 22-time Grand Slam champion Nadal, who is 38, has not competed anywhere since the Paris Games, where he lost in the second round of singles to his arch-rival Novak Djokovic and reached the quarterfinals of the men's doubles together with Alcaraz but then lost to Americans Austin Krajicek and Rajeev Ram.

Nadal then withdrew from the U.S. Open and Laver Cup while still battling health problems that have seen him compete sparingly over the past two seasons. Alcaraz won the men's singles titles at the French Open in June and Wimbledon in July to take his career total to four at age 21. Spain will face the Netherlands in the quarterfinal round of the Davis Cup Finals, an eight-team event in Malaga, Spain, on Nov. 19-24.
